A vision to inspire change in elementary school systems

To improve early elementary education and child development, the WK Kellogg Foundation partnered with IDEO to engage stakeholders and create tangible paths toward progress. IDEO applied insights from the education ecosystem to provoke dialogue, identify opportunities for school improvement, and increase the degree of creativity in grant proposals. The resulting solution consists of 10 concepts focused on engaging parents, empowering teachers and connecting schools, compiled in a strategy book titled “Tangible Steps Towards Tomorrow” (TSTT).

Hi there, I found useful tool that I can share with you all.

Did you ever feel how ineffective powerpoint does in terms of making presentation and actually having people to ‘remember’ ?
Including information graphics genius Edgard Tufte talks about it . ( http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/11.09/ppt2.html)

I came across interesting presentation tool that is easy to use and effective and memorable.

When designing, there is a great tool how it look for color blinds.

Step1:
download software IMAGE J

Step2:
download plugin for IMAGE J

(note that there is a plug in for photoshop. I tried but this didnt’ work)

Step3:
read instruction on webpage shown at Step 2.
Basically you will install plugin to IMAGE J software

Step4:
Open any file and try it!
